Seeing Red and Pink

I feel like people often get lumped into two categories when it comes to Valentine's Day, lovey-dovey lovers of the holiday and the anti-valentine.

I fall somewhere in the middle.

As a lover of anything involving hearts I have no problem with Valentine's Day but the Future Hubs and I aren't really the go all out gift giving type, we are more the romantic candle lit dinner type.

In past years we have enjoyed a nice dinner out but this year I am planning to make a nice dinner at home. The menu is still in the works but will likely involve either filet mignon or seafood and of course, a bottle of fine wine.
