Recipe Of The Week: Lemon Pepper Chicken

I made this recipe last Sunday when my Boyfriend's family came over for Christmas. Everyone really liked it and it's super easy to make so I thought I would make it my Recipe Of The Week! His Sister even took some home!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup italian salad dressing
1 lemon, juiced & zested
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
8 chicken tenderloins
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place the butter in a 9x9 baking dish and melt (either in the oven or in the microwave), mix in italian dressing, worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.

Arrange the chicken tenderloins in the baking dish, coat the chicken with the butter mixture. Season both sides of the chicken with the lemon pepper, onion powder and garlic salt. Top with zest.

Bake 25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

And voila yummy chicken! Serve with rice or pasta & veggies!
